We are seeking a skilled Heavy Equipment Operator / Pipefitter to join our growing team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in hands‑on work, has a strong mechanical aptitude, and takes pride in precision and safety.

• Safely operate heavy equipment such as excavators, loaders, and trenchers.
• Install, repair, and maintain underground piping systems.
• Read and interpret blueprints, site plans, and specifications.
• Perform trenching, grading, and back filling operations.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and company standards.
• Collaborate with crew members to complete projects efficiently and accurately.
• Conduct routine equipment inspections and maintenance.

• Proven experience as a heavy equipment operator and/or pipefitter.
• Valid driver’s license (CDL preferred, but not required).
• OSHA safety training a plus.
• Ability to read blueprints and follow technical instructions.
• Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Team‑oriented mindset with strong communication skills.
