Operates, maintains, troubleshoots, repairs, rebuilds, and installs steam, hot water, pure water, and related piping and equipment;
Installs piping from chilled water lines to air conditioning units and from steam lines to heating units;
Supervises and trains lower classified personnel;
Keeps records and reports of daily work, emergency/service calls, and equipment conditions;
Maintains safety regulations and cleanliness of the work area
