University of Rochester - 601 Elmwood Avenue - Responsibilities:
Performs service calls, work orders, preventative maintenance, emergency repairs, and reconditioning work;
Troubleshoots HVAC and mechanical systems. Performs root cause analysis to identify failure and needed repairs;
Has functional working knowledge of Building Automation Systems and related HVAC equipment;
Investigates shutdowns, documents and provides notice to customers, trades and outside contractors;
Works with trades and outside contractors as necessary keeping the quality of work and costs in line
