Location: City of Rochester
University of Rochester - 601 Elmwood Avenue - Responsibilities:
Installs, tests and repairs electric light and power distribution circuits and networks.;
Maintains both high and low voltage power systems, including control systems and communication systems, working from electrical layouts and wiring diagrams.;
Inspects and tests and maintains electrical lighting, signal, communication and power distribution circuits and equipment.;
Isolates equipment and component failures in switches, motors, control panels and a variety of electrical equipment, using electrical test equipment.;
Pulls and installs cable, including underground cable.
