• Maintain tools and work spaces.
• Cut, shape, and dress materials.
• Lift, carry, and place prepared blocks.
• Install rebar and pour concrete.
• Execute formwork installation.
• Demonstrate foresight in planning within timelines and resources, developing scopes, planning, and scheduling work, setting priorities and goals, participating in problem‑solving, and adjusting for challenges.
• Successfully plan and implement objectives within established guidelines.

• Experience in CMU installation, concrete placement and concrete formwork.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong team player.
• OSHA 10 certification is a plus.

• $27.00‑$32.00/hr based on experience.
