Skilled Window & Door Installer — Tools

Window and Door Installer position at Wonder Windows in Rochester, NY.

• Ability to safely use power tools.
• Use a metal brake to trim windows and doors.
• Work on a ladder or scaffolding as needed.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to job specifications.
• Load and transport job materials to the job site.
• Prep and repair exterior siding or existing window trim features.
• Review project details with customers in their home.
• Collect payment from customers at substantial completion of the job.

• NYS Driver’s License required.
• Cooperative, easy‑going personality when dealing with customers.
• Ready to learn as well as teach others.
• Positive, safety‑focused outlook.
• Able to work 8–9 hour days if needed and OT on Saturday mornings.

• Entry level – 2 years experience installing windows and doors: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour.
• 3+ years of experience: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour (flexible).
