WONDER is seeking experienced Window & Door Installers to support our growing Rochester operation.

We are looking for dependable installation professionals with strong craftsmanship and customer service skills. We are looking for experienced, responsible, career focused Installation professionals to join our team on a permanent, full-time basis. Even if you have similar construction experience, we may be interested in training you further to expand your knowledge.

• Ability to safely use power tools.
• The ability to use a metal brake to trim windows and doors.
• Work on a ladder or scaffolding as needed.
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to our job specifications.
• Load and transport job materials to the job site.
• Prep and repair exterior siding or existing window trim features.
• Reviewing project details with customers in their home.
• Collect payment from customers at substantial completion of job.

• NYS Driver's License Required.
• Minimum 2 years of window and door installation-related experience.
• Cooperative, easy-going personality when dealing with customers.
• Ready to learn as well as teach others so that we all improve together.
• Having a positive, safety focused outlook.
• Able to work 8–9-hour days if needed and OT on Saturday mornings.

• $22.00-$35.00 per hour based on experience
