General Laborer (Contract/W‑2, 11 weeks, Shift: 7:00‑3:30 PM, Pay: $19–$20 per hour). This role involves manual labor tasks to support shop operations, including assisting plastic and metal fabricators, collecting debris, operating power tools and machinery, and performing maintenance and groundskeeping tasks. • Assist plastic and metal fabricators.
• Collect trash, debris, and other waste to keep shop clean and safe.
• Handle and transport materials.
• Use power tools and machinery (e.g., forklifts) when needed.
• Follow supervisors' instructions to perform manual labor tasks.
• Follow safety requirements and report equipment or unsafe conditions.
• Perform industrial painting, respirator use, sandblasting, and minor maintenance.
• Clean company vehicles, perform groundskeeping, and snow removal.

• Ability to read a tape measure.
• Basic math skills.
• Ability to work in confined spaces.
• Must be on your feet for long periods.
• Wear steel‑toe boots.
• Familiarity with power tools and machinery.
• May require heavy lifting at times.
• High school education.
• Valid NYS driver’s license.
• Strong willingness to travel (optional).
