What's the Job?
  • Perform maintenance, monitoring, and repairs on mechanical, plumbing, structural, fire, life safety, and control systems to ensure facilities meet applicable standards.
  • Travel between multiple facilities to ensure proper operation and functionality.
  • Maintain responsibility for facility services, including preventative maintenance, purchasing, inventory control, and oversight of contracted maintenance.
  • Maintain HVAC systems and associated equipment through cleaning, inspection, calibration, and replacement of parts to ensure optimal performance.
  • Record equipment readings and make necessary adjustments to ensure proper operation, adhering to safety and environmental standards.
What's Needed?
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • 5–7 years of relevant work experience in maintaining and repairing commercial building systems.
  • Proven ability to analyze mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and HVAC systems; diagnose malfunctions; and perform corrective actions.
  • EPA 608 Type II Certification.
  • Valid driver’s license and working knowledge of computer applications, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
