• Safely complete the bottom of pools or structures that are being sprayed with Gunite.
• Safely operate power equipment and hand tools.
• Perform all duties in conformance to appropriate safety standards.
• Use established methods of communication, such as hand signals, to ensure proper material flow to the nozzle.
• Perform all duties in conformance with established guidelines for placement of structural concrete.
• Assist gunite crew with placement of plastic to protect the area surrounding equipment and work areas.
• Assist gunite crew in setup and breakdown of jobsite tools and equipment.
• Maintain a strict adherence to company policies, safety policies, and OSHA regulations at all times.
• Possess a professional attitude while interacting with peers, contractors, and the general public.
• Be available to travel and work from other company facilities as needed.
• Stand for long periods of time while performing tests in hot weather or current conditions.
• May perform other related duties as required or directed, including travel to other company facilities.

• Ability to communicate, understand, and follow both written and verbal instructions.
• Ability to use basic hand tools.
• Must be willing to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays when necessary. Regular and timely attendance is required.
• Must pass pre‑employment requirements, drug screen, criminal background check, and driving record review.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must demonstrate a strong commitment to safety

• High School diploma/GED preferred.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a related field.
