We are seeking a dependable Apartment Maintenance Technician to start immediately and help maintain a beautiful community of 442 two‑story garden‑style homes and townhomes in Rochester Hills, MI. This is an opportunity to plant roots with a team that values longevity and reliable work.

• Hang, adjust, and repair interior/exterior doors, locks, and closers
• Patch, texture, and repair drywall; perform unit touch‑up painting
• Replace outlets, switches, and fixtures; troubleshoot basic electrical issues
• Repair/replace faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, and minor waterlines
• Replace/repair window screens and blinds
• Change HVAC filters, check thermostats, and perform basic heating/cooling troubleshooting
• Assist with snow removal (shoveling/plowing support) and exterior upkeep
• Complete and document daily work orders and coordinate with outside vendors as needed

• Proven experience in general maintenance, construction, or as an independent subcontractor
• Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver’s license
• Ability to manage time effectively and take pride in quality workmanship

• Pay: $20/hour
• Schedule:
  
  Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM; on‑call rotation
