Job Title:

HVAC Install Technician

You will install residential heating and cooling systems, ensuring all installations meet high quality, safety, and code standards while delivering an excellent customer experience.

• Install residential HVAC systems including furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, and mini-splits.
• Replace old or inefficient systems with new energy‑efficient models.
• Fabricate, assemble, and install ductwork and piping as required.
• Test and verify system performance, airflow, and calibration.
• Review completed installations with homeowners and provide system operation instructions.
• Maintain compliance with building codes, manufacturer specifications, and safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely completion of projects.
• Maintain organized tools, materials, and company vehicles.

• Experience in residential HVAC installation with a minimum of 2–5+ years required.
• Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude.
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and wiring diagrams.
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
• EPA Section 608 Certification.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Experience utilizing Service Titan highly preferred.

The compensation for this position is expected to range between $20.00 - $40.00 per hour. This range is a good‑faith estimate, based on the qualifications necessary for the position, including experience, training, and other considerations permitted by law. Factors that may be used when making an offer may include a candidate’s skills, experience, the expected quality and quantity of work, and internal pay alignment, as needed.
