Floor Coating Installer

Garage Force ROC is looking for a dedicated and hard‑working Floor Coating Installer to join our team. As a Floor Coating Installer, you will be responsible for the professional and precise application of our high‑quality coatings to concrete floors and other surfaces. Our work primarily focuses on garage floors, but also includes patios, porches, and basements. We are seeking a candidate with a strong work ethic and a background in construction or painting who is ready to grow with our company.

• Surface Preparation:
  Prepare surfaces by scouring floors, repairing damage, or removing old paint.
• Equipment Operation:
  Safely operate a variety of construction equipment, including large grinders, hand grinders, shop vacs, and floor polishers.
• Coating Application:
  Accurately mix and apply our coating systems and finishes to achieve the desired results.
• Task Management:
  Handle planning and prep work efficiently, including calculating the necessary materials and time for each task and taping off areas as needed.
• Safety & Cleanliness:
  Maintain a safe and organized work environment by cleaning up supplies and equipment throughout the process.
• Additional tasks and duties as assigned.

• Experience:
  
  A background in painting or construction is preferred. Experience operating general construction equipment is ideal.
• Problem Solving and Attention to Detail.
• Physicality:
  Must be able to perform physical labor for 8‑12 hours per day and lift 75 pounds or more. Must be able to work both indoors and outdoors in various environmental conditions (hot, cold, humid).
• Reliability:
  Must be dependable and punctual.
• Licensing:
  Must possess a valid driver's license or be able to obtain one within the first 30 days of employment.
• Background Check:
  Ability to pass a drug screen and criminal/motor vehicle background check.
• Travel:
  Ability to travel to job sites as needed.

This is a fast‑paced position with a starting pay of approximately $20 – $25 per hour, depending on experience. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to advance to a Crew Leader position, which comes with increased pay and responsibilities.
