Location: City of Rochester
Winn Companies is seeking a Maintenance Technician II for Orchard Place Apartments in Rochester, NY. You will perform maintenance across rental units, common areas, office, grounds, and parking lots, ensuring safety and quality workmanship.
The role requires 1–3 years of experience, knowledge of basic electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, a valid driver's license, and strong customer service and communication skills. On-call availability and a Monday–Friday schedule are part of the position.
