We are seeking Service Technicians to ensure customer satisfaction by providing repair, maintenance, and installation services for windows and doors. Technical expertise, attention to detail, and a customer‑centric approach are essential.

• Represent and instill the company’s core values.
• Service and Repair:
  Perform on‑site diagnostics, repairs, and maintenance for various types of windows and doors, including vinyl, wood, aluminum, and fiberglass. Identify issues, implement solutions to ensure optimal functionality and appearance.
• Installation Assistance:
  Assist the installation team when needed to ensure new windows and doors are installed accurately and efficiently, collaborating with crews for a seamless process.
• Troubleshooting:
  Investigate and resolve technical issues reported by customers, using problem‑solving skills to identify root causes and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence.
• Customer Interaction:
  Interact with customers professionally and friendly, addressing questions, concerns, and requests, providing clear explanations of work performed and follow‑up steps.
• Quality Control:
  Perform thorough quality checks on completed repairs and installations to meet company standards and customer expectations, ensuring accurate and efficient work.
• Documentation:
  Maintain accurate records of services provided, parts used, and time spent on each job; complete service reports and documentation timely.
• Product Knowledge:
  Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, product developments, and best practices in window and door installation and repair, continuously enhancing technical skills and knowledge.
• Safety Compliance:
  Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines, ensuring proper safety measures are followed to prevent accidents and maintain a secure work environment.

• $25.00‑$35.00 per hour based on experience.

• 8‑hour shifts, Monday to Friday.
• Occasional Saturday mornings (as needed for OT or coverage).
