Position Objective

Rochester’s hometown brewery is seeking a hardworking, self-motivated individual to join our Projects/maintenance team. The Job is a commercial/industrial setting where we purpose to maintain and/or improve the vast complex facility in which our products are made, packaged, and warehoused. This position offers both opportunities for growth and skill development for the right individual.

Key Responsibilities

To assist in any and all of the work related to carpentry department at a basic level included but not limited to:
General painting
General masonry
General insulation
Ability to be trained in the operations of
Skid steer
Ability to learn
Use of fall protection
Entrance into confined space

Qualifications

High School education or equivalent
Willingness to be instructed in trades
Problem solving
Understand and employ plumb/level/square
Comfortable with power tools/equipment

Physical Requirements & Environmental

Ability to lift 75lbs
Ladder work/work at heights

Pay Rate: $25.45–$36.01/hour, depending on qualifications and experience. The reference pay range represents step pay rates for this job, as set forth in the applicable collective bargaining agreement.
