Pay & Benefits- Starting salary of $33-$35 per hour depending on experience

- Monday – Friday, every week
- Second shift: 3:00 pm – 11:30 pm
- No weekends
- Repair/maintenance shop at Rochester, NY hauling site
- Inspect, diagnose and repair electrical, hydraulic, suspension, brake and air systems on a wide range of vehicles and equipment
- Estimate time and material costs on vehicle repairs and new parts
- Perform work within Standard Labor Repair Times (SRTs)
- Respond to service calls for emergency breakdowns
- Conduct safety checks on vehicles; safety of employees and community is top priority
- Complete required paperwork documenting parts usage and accounting for repair times
- Assist senior mechanics in project work
- Review, complete, or assign repairs from Driver Vehicle Inspection Reports
- Maintain clean, safe work area per Corporate/OSHA standards and safety procedures
- 2 years of relevant work experience
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Over 18 years of age
- Legally eligible to work in the United States
- Ability to perform physical requirements of the position with or without reasonable accommodations
- Successfully complete and pass pre‑employment drug screen and physical examination

- Frequent lifting, pushing, pulling, crouching, and climbing; constant standing, walking, and grasping; occasional sitting and balancing
- Exposure to cuts, burns, toxic chemicals, and other physical risks often
- Exposure to dirt, odors, noise, weather extremes, and similar elements often
- Work in both indoor garage/shop or outdoor conditions including inclement weather, heat, and humidity
