PositionHighly Skilled Maintenance Technician in Residential Property Management at Elmwood Manor Apartments & Townhomes, Brighton, NY.

Maintenance responsibilities for residential properties at Elmwood Manor, including upkeep and turnover tasks to maintain property condition and tenant satisfaction. Strong carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, and drywall skills are required.
Qualifications- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 3 years' experience in apartment maintenance or a related trade, plus experience in apartment turnovers
- High School Diploma or higher
- Maintenance Technician skills: carpentry, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, painting, drywall
