** Position Summary
** We are looking for a dedicated and reliable Material Runner/ Exterior Service Technician to join our team! In this role, you will maintain and repair roofing systems, investigate leaks, perform general contracting tasks such as drywall, patching, painting, and general household repairs or upkeep. This position will also be responsible for transporting, delivering, and distributing materials and equipment to various job sites efficiently and on schedule You will play a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-tier support to both our internal team and valued customers.
** Responsibilities
* ** Repair, install, and adjust residential roofing systems
* Perform routine preventative maintenance on roofs and home exteriors
* Respond to work order requests in a timely and professional manner
* Adhere strictly to all safety policies and procedures
* Travel to job sites as needed to support project needs
* Complete general contracting tasks, including drywall, patching, painting, and minor household repairs
* Respond to pick up and drop off requests in a timely fashion
* Run to job sites for materials and support that may be needed## Qualifications
** Qualifications
* ** Minimum 5 years of residential roofing experience
* Previous experience in general contracting
* Familiarity with residential roofs, siding, windows, and doors
* Ability to handle physical workload and work in various weather conditions
* Clean driver’s license required
* Strong problem-solving and communication skills
* Reliable, self-motivated, and able to work independently or as part of a team
