We're seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our manufacturing team and help keep our equipment, machinery, and facility operating at peak performance. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys troubleshooting, solving complex mechanical and electrical problems, and working in a hands-on industrial environment.
You'll support a variety of production equipment, including CNC machines, Wire EDM equipment, press brakes, and facility systems while helping drive uptime, efficiency, and continuous improvement throughout the plant.

What You'll Do- Troubleshoot, repair, and maintain CNC machines, Wire EDM equipment, press brakes, and other manufacturing equipment.
- Diagnose and resolve mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic issues to minimize downtime.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on production machinery and facility systems.
- Complete machine calibrations, alignments, adjustments, and equipment rebuilds.
- Assist with Wire EDM setup, troubleshooting, threading, cutting conditions, and dielectric systems.
- Read and interpret blueprints, wiring diagrams, schematics, and technical documentation.
- Utilize diagnostic equipment and precision measuring tools to verify machine performance and repair effectiveness.
- Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns and emergency maintenance situations.
- Support facility systems including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, boilers, and general building maintenance.
- Assist with equipment installations, machinery moves, plant improvements, and facility projects.
- Work with outside vendors and contractors on specialized service and maintenance work.
- Maintain accurate maintenance records, work orders, and preventive maintenance documentation.
- Follow all safety policies and procedures while working on electrical and mechanical systems.

- Preventive and predictive maintenance programs.
- Wire EDM setup, operation, or maintenance.
- Press brake maintenance and repair.
- Reading blueprints, schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals.
- Use of multimeters, diagnostic tools, and precision measuring equipment.
- Facility maintenance, including HVAC, lighting, plumbing, or boilers.
- Equipment installations, machine rebuilds, and plant improvement projects.
- CMMS, maintenance documentation, and work order systems.
- Working with vendors, contractors, and service providers.
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
- Mechanical aptitude and desire to continuously learn.
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Commitment to safety, quality, and reliability.

$25-$35/hour based on experience
4-Day Work Week (Monday-Thursday)

Work EnvironmentThis position works throughout a modern manufacturing facility supporting production equipment and building systems. You'll spend time troubleshooting CNC machines, Wire EDM equipment, press brakes, and industrial systems while also assisting with facility maintenance projects as needed. Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $35.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
