Assist plumbing and HVAC technicians with day-to-day tasks on commercial construction job sites;
Stage and organize materials, tools, and equipment needed for plumbing and HVAC installations;
Use basic hand tools and power tools safely and correctly to support installation and construction activities;
Help with installation tasks related to plumbing and HVAC systems under the guidance of skilled technicians;
Perform general labor duties such as lifting, carrying, and positioning materials and equipment;
Support the new construction department by completing assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule;
Follow safety procedures and site rules, including compliance with OSHA standards and company policies;
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area on job sites;
Travel reliably to and from various commercial construction job sites as scheduled;
Demonstrate a strong work ethic, willingness to learn, and drive to grow into a long-term plumbing or HVAC technician role
