We're expanding our team of skilled professionals and looking for an experienced HVAC Lead Installer ready to make an impact.
Key Responsibilities:- Install residential heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems with precision and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute installations per project specs and industry standards
- Measure and cut materials including ductwork, piping, and electrical components
- Connect HVAC systems to existing infrastructure, ensuring safe and proper operation
- Test systems, troubleshoot issues, and make necessary adjustments
- Deliver outstanding customer service by addressing inquiries and explaining system operations
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety protocols
- Accurately complete documentation including work orders, inspection reports, and inventory logs
- High school diploma or equivalent; HVAC vocational training preferred
- Proven experience as an HVAC Installer or similar role
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, components, and safety standards
- Ability to read blueprints, schematics, and technical manuals
- Proficient with hand and power tools used in HVAC installation
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Compensation: $65,000–$100,000 annually
