Commercial Service Electrician
We are seeking a skilled Commercial Service Electrician to diagnose, repair, and maintain electrical systems in commercial and industrial properties. You will respond to service calls, troubleshoot complex system failures, and ensure code compliance.
Responsibilities- Troubleshoot and repair faulty electrical systems, including 3-phase machinery, control panels, and circuitry.
- Install conduit, wiring, lighting fixtures, and power distribution systems.
- Perform preventative maintenance on commercial electrical infrastructure and switch gear.
- Ensure all work adheres to the National Electrical Code (NEC) and local safety standards.
- Minimum 3–5 years of experience in commercial or industrial electrical service.
- Expert blueprint reading, conduit bending, and digital multi-meter diagnostic proficiency.
- Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and excellent customer service skills.
Skills & Qualifications
- Safety oriented with OSHA certification.
- Experience with saws, drills, utility knives, ohmmeters, and testing tools.
- Experience running crews and being customer service oriented.

Work EnvironmentWork is conducted at commercial and industrial locations, all local to Rochester. The standard working hours are from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM.
Job Type & LocationThis is a permanent position based out of Rochester, NY.
Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $34.00 - $38.00/hr.
