Pre-oc/remodel Tech

Must have reliable transportation. Will need to travel between 2 of our downtown properties 1/4 mile apart.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Install or repair cabinetry, countertops, doors, trim, appliances, lighting, hardware, mechanical equipment, plumbing, and electrical fixtures
• Prepare, prime, sand, seal, patch, and paint surfaces
• Install windows and flooring
• Inspect units at the end of remodeling to ensure they operate properly
• Remedy any issues to ensure the unit is ready for occupancy
• Create remodeling plans
• Ensure safety and compliance

Requirements And Qualifications

• Hands-on experience working with carpentry materials preferred
• Strong, working knowledge of carpentry techniques and methods
• Proficient in using electrical and hand tools as well as measurement tools
• Willingness to comply with safety guidelines at all times

Education and Experience

• General Maintenance: 3 years+
• Plumbing, Minor electrical
• Tiling
