A day in the life

Schedule options with built-in overtime
Rotating Day/Night:
Week 1:
Mon/Tues (6 AM–6 PM), Fri/Sat/Sun (6 PM–6 AM)
• Week 2:
Wed/Thurs (6 AM–6 PM)
Straight Night: 6 PM–6 AM on a 2-2-3 rotation
Shift Differential:
Earn an additional 15% of your regular hourly rate for hours worked between 6:00 pm and 6:00 am.
What you’ll handle
Diagnose and resolve electrical and mechanical faults across diverse industrial equipment.
Interpret electrical schematics to isolate issues and implement effective fixes.
Service motors end-to-end, including repairs and replacements.
Apply knowledge of pneumatics and hydraulics to keep systems running at peak performance.
Partner with teammates to drive reliability and efficiency improvements.
Document maintenance and repair activities with accurate, timely records.
Communicate equipment status and findings to peers and supervisors.
Use basic computer tools for reporting and documentation.
What you bring
High school diploma or GED (required).Hands-on experience troubleshooting and repairing production equipment.
Solid grounding in electrical/electronic systems and reading schematics.
Mechanical troubleshooting strengths, especially in motor maintenance.
Background with pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
Clear, professional communication and team collaboration.
Shop math for everyday calculations.
Comfort with basic computer tasks for logging and reporting.
