Location: City of Rochester
IPG is seeking a Field Service Technician to perform on-site installations, repairs, preventive maintenance, and demonstrations across customer locations. You will own service issues from start to resolution and provide training to in-house staff.
This role requires strong electronics knowledge, the ability to read diagrams, and clear communication with customers. Travel up to 50% and flexible hours may be required.
