Location: City of Rochester
RTS - Regional Transit Service seeks a Bus Technician/Mechanic I for the 3rd shift, Thursday & Friday off, in Rochester, NY. You will inspect, diagnose, repair, and overhaul buses and fleet vehicles, perform preventive maintenance, and document work while maintaining safety standards.
The role requires diesel mechanic training or equivalent experience, tool ownership, and CDL prerequisites with gradual progression to top pay within 3 years. Union ATU Local 282 supports benefits and growth.
