Repair mechanical equipment by disassembling, replacing components, reassembling, and alignment and adjustment to common tolerances;
Maintains heating systems and balances systems using controls and valves;
Repairs electrical and plumbing lines, and fixtures; troubleshoot and replace defective lines and fixtures as needed;
Receives service requests, initiates requisitions for spare parts, and maintains stock of commonly used parts;
Reads blueprints, sketches, wiring diagrams, and verbal instructions; keeps records and reports daily work; adheres to safety regulations
