Automotive Mobile Glass Technician

Replace automotive glass following quality standards
Perform repairs on damaged glass
Complete pre- and post-inspections with customers
Utilize various tools and scanning equipment
Complete repair-order documentation on a mobile device
Remove and install trim panels and interior parts without damaging them
Prioritize and manage time to complete assigned daily mobile tasks

• Be at least 21+ years of age
• Have a valid driver’s license and be eligible for coverage under Caliber’s insurance policy
• Must be able to pass all pre-employment screenings including background and MVR checks
• Must be eligible to work in the U.S. with no restrictions
• Ability to do consistent physical activity – reach below and above shoulder level, kneeling, bending, and squatting, and lifting objects over 50 lbs.
• Be able to understand instructions – written and verbal
• Can prioritize competing tasks and adapt easily to a fast-paced environment
• Nice to have, but not required:
  Previous collision experience and/or Collision Vo-Tech certification

Demonstrates expertise in automotive glass replacement and repair, ensuring adherence to quality standards while effectively managing time and tasks in a fast-paced environment. Proficient in utilizing tools and scanning equipment for inspections and documentation.
