Service Technician

You'll play a key role in keeping concession equipment running smoothly by installing, troubleshooting, and repairing equipment for customers throughout Rochester, Buffalo, Syracuse, Watertown, and Chautauqua.

Those with this experience or a maintenance tech who has worked on plumbing, refrigeration, and electrical work will be considered.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance to keep equipment running reliably and catch small issues before they become bigger problems.
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues to ensure seamless operation.
• Install and remove equipment at customer locations as accounts open, close or change.
• Exhibit exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to deliver a “WOW” experience for customers.
• Document service calls, parts used, and time on-site accurately for scheduling and billing.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve shared goals and uphold safety standards

• Strong mechanical aptitude with light electrical skills (training provided for specialized equipment).
• Basic plumbing skills.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving abilities.
• Basic computer proficiency.

• A clean NYS driver’s license.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Team-oriented mindset with a strong commitment to getting the job done safely and efficiently
