Job SummaryBetlem Residential Heating & Air Conditioning is seeking skilled HVAC Service Technicians with at least three years of residential and/or light commercial experience. The technician will service, diagnose, repair, and install a variety of HVAC&R systems, ensuring safety, organization, and top‑notch customer service.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities- Service, maintain and repair HVAC equipment (furnaces, boilers, AC units, heat pumps).
- Respond to residential and light commercial service calls.
- Communicate clearly with customers about issues, solutions and maintenance tips.
- Coordinate with dispatch and supervisors regarding scheduling and materials.
- Participate in on‑call rotation as required.
- Follow company safety policies and OSHA regulations.
- Maintain a clean, organized workspace and company vehicle.
- Work flexible hours when necessary.
- Valid NYS driver’s license with a clean record.
- EPA certification.
- OSHA 10‑hour certification.
- Minimum three years HVAC&R service/installation experience (residential or light commercial).
High School Diploma - GED, higher education or equivalent from a two‑year college or technical school; or 5‑10 years related job experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

Compensation Range: $28.00 per hour – $38.00 per hour, depending on experience.
