Skylight, Window, Door Installer

Overview

Fitch Construction, Inc. is seeking highly motivated and experienced carpenters who enjoy installing and servicing skylights, windows, and doors. Our company has partnered with industry leaders such as Velux, Andersen, Sunrise vinyl, Therma-Tru, and more, offering authorized training provided by these manufacturers.

Conduct technical measurements and create materials lists for sold projects, install sold projects, upsell homeowners on additional work, and provide annual services to existing customers. Provide a WOW! Customer Service Experience to all customers.

Salary range: $40,000 - $52,000 depending on experience, with additional commission opportunities available. Position is full-time, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., with some overtime available. Benefits include paid holidays, vacation, retirement, and medical insurance for all full-time employees.
