Compensation &

Incentives:

Base Pay: $22.00-$24.00 per hour
Up to 50% Rent Discount
Property Staff Shared Renewal Commissions
Morgan Essentials: $300 quarterly bonus opportunity
On-Call Appreciation: $15/day for holding the on-call phone

As the Service Technician, you will help to:

Troubleshoot and complete service repairs including HVAC, general appliance repair, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, and other maintenance needs.
Maintain interior and exterior areas while ensuring compliance with company standards, safety guidelines, and applicable laws.
Respond promptly and efficiently to resident service requests and assigned work orders.
Communicate professionally with residents and office staff regarding repairs, updates, and follow-up needs.
Complete preventative maintenance and support the overall appearance, functionality, and success of the community.
Provide exceptional service while helping residents feel proud to call their community home.

Hours &

Schedule:

Monday-Friday: 8:00 AM-4:30 PM
Paid rotating on-call participation required

What We'll Expect From You:

Active, valid driver's license and reliable personal vehicle
HVAC / EPA / CFC certification preferred
2-3 years of maintenance experience preferred
One year of related experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Strong troubleshooting skills and the ability to work independently while supporting a team
