Schedule: Full-Time, typically 8am-5pm Monday to Friday

Morgan Properties will train you to become a Maintenance Technician. No prior apartment maintenance experience needed.

• Beginner – Safety, tools, basic tasks
• Intermediate – More repairs, less supervision
• Advanced – Complex work, ready for permanent role

Pay Increases

• +$1/hour at Intermediate
• +$1/hour at Advanced
• Final increase when hired permanently
