Key Responsibilities Install, terminate, and test low voltage systems including:
Fire alarm systems
Access control systems
Security/camera systems
Intercom and communication systems
Perform work in all construction phases (rough-in through final commissioning)
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and project plans
Troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair system issues
Complete service calls and required documentation in a timely manner
Communicate effectively with project managers, foremen, and customers
Follow all company safety protocols and jobsite requirements
Required Qualifications 4+ years of low voltage experience (preferred)
Strong working knowledge of:
Wiring methods, circuits, and system components
Low voltage cabling types and installation techniques
Ability to read blueprints and schematics
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Valid NYS driver’s license (clean record required)
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work from ladders
Dependable, professional, and team-oriented
