Location: City of Rochester
A community service organization in Rochester seeks a Housing Stability Coordinator to provide outreach and advocacy for homeless individuals and families. The role includes case management, skill building, and supporting individuals in securing affordable housing. Ideal candidates will have a degree in Social Work or related field, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently.
Experience with underserved populations and a valid NYS driver's license are required. Competitive starting pay of $20/hr.
