Location: City of Rochester
A community youth services organization in Rochester, NY is seeking a Rapid Rehousing Specialist to assist homeless Transition Age Youth in securing and maintaining permanent housing. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, outreach, coordination of case management, and transporting program participants. Candidates should have a Bachelor's Degree in Human Services or a related field, a valid Driver's License, and experience with case management.
This full-time position includes flexible hours and a pay rate of $19 - $21 per hour.
