Caring Transitions of Rochester is looking for an In-Home Transition Consultant to provide compassionate guidance for families in difficult situations. In this part-time role, you'll visit homes, assess needs, and help clients navigate their next steps.
The ideal candidate is methodical and empathetic, able to manage sensitive discussions while ensuring clients feel supported. Pay starts at $25/hr with additional bonuses for closed jobs, offering a flexible work environment with around 10 to 20 visits monthly.
