Indotronix UK is looking for an Adult Mentor in Rochester, NY. In this role, you will assist program participants in achieving self-sufficiency through the Rochester Step to Success Program. Responsibilities include coordinating services, providing support, and monitoring participant progress.
The ideal candidate holds at least an Associate Degree and has three years of experience in mentoring/ coaching. Strong organizational, interpersonal skills, and familiarity with community resources are needed. The role offers flexibility and may require evening or weekend hours.
