The Lead Financial Care Manager oversees a caseload of up to 20 higher‑need clients and supports Financial Case Managers with Social Security, Medicaid, and other benefit applications.
This non‑exempt, 37.5‑hour/week role requires a Bachelor’s degree (or related), at least 2 years in financial services, and strong budgeting skills. Hybrid options may be available after probation.
