Location: City of Rochester
Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) in Rochester, NY is hiring for an Intake Support/Case Manager role within residential services. You will perform intake, case management, and referrals, coordinating with the Intake Manager to optimize bed utilization and ensure smooth client transitions.
Requires a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field, NYS driver’s license, and at least 1 year of experience with the substance use disorder population.
