Location: City of Rochester
The Legal Aid Society of Rochester is seeking a Community Advocate to support clients facing housing, public benefits, and other basic needs barriers within the Basic Needs Team. You will conduct intake, provide referrals and navigation, and maintain ongoing client communication to support progress toward goals.
You will build relationships with community partners, document services accurately, and help ensure confidential handling of client information while contributing to program requirements
