Location: City of Rochester
The Center for Youth Services, Inc. is seeking a Rapid Rehousing Specialist to assist homeless Transition Age Youth ages 18-24 in securing and maintaining permanent housing.
Responsibilities include housing searches, landlord coordination, and supportive services with a focus on independence and self-sufficiency. Approximately 40 youths will be served annually. Full-time with flexible hours, including some nights and weekends.
