Location: City of Rochester
The Center for Youth Services, Inc. in Rochester, NY seeks a Rapid Rehousing Specialist to help 18‑24 year old homeless youth obtain and sustain permanent housing with supportive services, landlord relations and move‑in support.
Approximately 50 youths served yearly under full‑time, flexible hours including nights and weekends. Responsibilities include crisis intervention, intake, coordinating case plans, and facilitating referrals.
