Catholic Charities Family and Community Services (CCFCS) is hiring a Social Worker to support kinship families. You will provide therapy and case management, primarily during home visits, to promote child safety, well‑being, and permanency in a trauma‑informed environment.
Two years of social work experience and a Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field are preferred, along with a valid NYS driver’s license and reliable vehicle for Monroe and Wayne Counties travel.
