OUTFRONT runs on email chains, spreadsheets, and tribal knowledge. We are hiring a Senior AI Automation Engineer to change that. You’ll embed with teams across Finance, Real Estate, HR, Sales Ops, Legal, and Marketing to find slow and broken workflows, and ship automations and AI agents that fix them.

• Embedded automation delivery: sit with business teams, identify high‑impact manual processes, design and ship production automations, and measure time saved.
• Agent building: design and ship AI agents in Copilot Studio for M365 use cases (document summarization, intelligent routing, natural‑language querying of SharePoint and Teams) and in Bedrock when autonomous behavior or system data is required.
• OUTGPT contributions: build agents, integrations, and capabilities on the internal AI platform.
• Integration work: stand up REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth flows, Snowflake queries, Salesforce reads, and Power Platform connectors; build connectors when none exist.
• Tool selection: evaluate the right tool for each problem and document decisions; know when not to build.
• Mentorship: pair with junior AI Automation Engineer and an intern to raise their ceilings.

• 5+ years building production software with a strong track record of end‑to‑end solutions that real users depend on.
• Experience shipping multiple LLM‑backed systems to production and understanding where they can break.
• Practical AWS experience—serverless and AI services (Lambda, Step Functions, Bedrock). Comfort with IAM, RDS, and AI workload deployment.
• Experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Copilot Studio, Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse) or a strong Microsoft 365 development background.
• Strong API integration skills: REST, webhooks, OAuth, JSON.
• Proficiency in Python, Type Script/Node, or both; comfort with SQL.
• Ability to translate fuzzy business problems into concrete, ship‑y plans within two weeks.
• Strong communication, judgment, and teamwork.
• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or a portfolio of delivered solutions.
• Nice to have: experience in advertising technology (OOH or DOOH), Snowflake, Sigma, Vercel AI SDK, Next.js, Salesforce integration, agent frameworks.

Reports to the VP of AI and works alongside the Lead AI Platform Engineer, a Solutions Engineer, and an intern.

For New York, New Jersey, and California, the salary range is $150,000–$185,000 per year. Compensation is determined during the interview process.
