VP, Liquid Credit Tech

Blackstone is looking for a Front-office Senior Software Engineer to join their Liquid Credit Technology team. This role involves developing modern fixed-income asset management systems to support their Liquid Credit Strategies business. The ideal candidate will have extensive software engineering experience and a passion for building scalable applications in a dynamic team environment.

• Build scalable and secure applications using cloud technologies.
• Develop and integrate web applications and microservices.
• Write automated tests to ensure code quality.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and code reviews.
• Provide technical support and automate tasks.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to team culture.

• 7+ years of software engineering experience, especially in C# and/or Python.
• Hands-on tech lead experience, collaborating with various teams.
• Self-starter with a passion for mentoring and teamwork.
• Experience with RESTful APIs and microservice architectures.
• Strong problem-solving and communication skills.
• Background in fixed-income trading systems is a plus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.
