NOW HIRING: HEAD LIFEGUARD – LEAD & MAKE AN IMPACT! Take your lifeguarding skills to the next level! We’re looking for Head Lifeguards to step into a leadership role while ensuring a safe and enjoyable pool environment for our residents.

• Supervise and support lifeguard staff
• Maintain pool safety and enforce policies
• Assist with scheduling and daily operations
• Handle resident concerns and provide top-notch customer service
• Respond to emergencies and perform first aid when necessary

• Must be 16+ years old
• Current Lifeguard & CPR certification
• Leadership skills and ability to manage schedules
• Flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
• Reliable transportation and strong communication skills
• Ability to work in an outdoor setting
• A commitment to safety and a positive attitude
