Our Operations team is the backbone of how we move products safely, efficiently, and reliably to our partners. Whether working inside the warehouse or out on the road, these roles help ensure that orders are prepared accurately, delivered on time, and handled with care.

Opportunities within our operations team can include roles such as Warehouse Associate, Picker/Packer, Inventory Associate, Delivery Driver, and other operational support positions. Team members in these roles support a variety of important functions across our fulfillment and delivery operations.

• Picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipment or delivery.
• Loading and unloading products safely and efficiently.
• Supporting inventory management, cycle counts, and quality checks.
• Maintaining organized, clean, and safe warehouse work areas.
• Coordinating delivery schedules and communicating with team members or partners.
• Safely transporting products to customers or between warehouse locations (driver roles).
• Troubleshooting operational issues and escalating concerns when needed.
• Providing excellent customer service when interacting with internal teams, vendors, or delivery partners.
• Following company policies, operational procedures, and safety guidelines.
• Supporting daily operational goals and assisting with additional warehouse tasks as needed.

• A strong work ethic and reliability in a fast‑paced environment.
• Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
• Strong communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Attention to detail and commitment to accuracy and safety.
• Comfort working in a warehouse or operations environment.
• Ability to lift, move, and handle products as required by the role.
• For driver positions: experience operating larger vehicles and maintaining a clean driving record.
• Previous warehouse, logistics, delivery, or operations experience is a plus but not always required.
