Position
Yard Jockey - This role is being filled with the intention to transition into a Class A Delivery Driver.
Shift5:00pm-3:45am (4 shifts a week)
Responsibilities- Fueling of equipment, Tractors and trailers (on-site fuel)
- Staging trailers onto docks
- Dropping and hooking of tractors and trailers
- Stripping and washing of trailers
- Scheduled Temperature monitoring
- Able to work in an outdoor environment for long periods of time. Proper PPE is supplied.
- Basic knowledge of trailer and tractor pre trip inspections
- CDL Class A license Required
- Flexible Schedule is a must - we are a 24/7 operation.
- Education – High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Experience – One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
- $3,000 Sign on Bonus - paid out within 6 months
